REFUND POLICY

If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations the users of the service is asking for a refund then the following policy shall govern such refund.

In case the event a Customer decides to avail of a refund then he and she shall intimate the Website of such request within 15 (fifteen) days of such requirement of a refund and the Website if provided entrusted with the right to decide as to whether the User shall be entitled to a refund. This Refund if being provided by the Company to the User shall take a minimum of 20 (twenty) days to provide such refund to the Client. This refund shall be in the form of credit and this option shall be granted purely on the discretion of the Company/ Website and this decision shall be binding and final. In the event the refund is refused by the Website, www.kaizentech.io, shall not be held liable or accountable by the User as the Website ensures to try and do everything in its power to guarantee that the refund is provided.
